Fed Will Pursuse Radical Inflation – Michael Pento

Michael Pento predicts that a recession will happen in 2019. He bases this projection on the massive amount of debt. Oil prices are down 33% from peak. The price of lumber is down 43% from it’s high this year. Why are these economically sensitive commodities crashing if everything is going well. There is a global slowdown. Earnings on Stock market – How can you predict a rising profit with rising wages, stronger dollar and falling growth around the world? In China they are telling us they are growing by 6%. If that is true why has the auto industry in China been losing double digits? Fire power of central banks is no longer there. In Japan they are already at negative interest rates. They never ended QE. Debt of globe is up 40% since 2008. When you have that much debt you need zero interest rates to service the debt. 17% of companies on the stock market are “zombie companies” They are not able to service their existing debt. They have to borrow more money to service their existing debt. Michael predicts that the FED will raise the interest rates again if the stock market doesn’t FED doesn’t care about the average citizen all they care about is the central banks There is going to be a Deflationary Panic in the stock market. 4 trillion dollars in unfunded liabilities in pensions. All of the social programs are bankrupt. To deal with it is the FED is going to go to inflation. FED didn’t send checks to mon amd pop for their mortgages – the sent it to the primary dealers. GDP is phoney because it is based on zero interest rates. Financialization  Effective FEd The wealth effect is going to Crumble. FED is going to have to print money. Go to Negtive interest rates. What happens to gold and silver? Central bankers are panicing. When stock market goes down FED wil have to purse are radical inflation goal. Gold and silver and the mining shares are going to go to the moon. They have been suffering since 2012. I will be purchasing physical silver and gold. Mostly gold. In this book Michael Pento talks about the coming financial apocalypse and what government and individuals can do to insulate themselves against the worst shocks.

Michael is a noted adherent of Austrian School of Economics theories advances the thesis that the United States is fast approaching the end stage of the biggest asset bubble in history. He describes how the bursting of the bubble will cause a massive interest rate shock that will send the US consumer economy and the US government—pumped up by massive Treasury debt—into bankruptcy, an event that will send shockwaves throughout the global economy.  Michael Pento examines how policies followed by both the Federal Reserve and private industry have contributed to the impending interest rate disaster and highlights the similarities between the US and European debt crisis. But the book isn’t all doom and gloom. Pento also provides well-reasoned solutions that, government, industry and individuals can take to insulate themselves against the coming crisis.

  • Paints an alarmingly vivid picture of the massive interest rate shock which soon will send consumers and the government into bankruptcy
  • Backed by a wealth of historical and economic data, Pento explains how the bubble was created and what the U.S. can do to mitigate the impending crisis
  • Provides investors with sound strategies for protecting themselves and their assets against the coming financial apocalypse
  • Explains why retirees, in particular, will be at risk as real estate prices decline, pensions weaken, and the bond bubble bursts
