Bought two, one had several scratches on the face very visible since they were in the plain background.

The actual product was fine. I was in fact a bit disappointed as to how it was shipped. It was to be an uncirculated coin. This means no scratches on it. It was simply wrapped in a piece of paper. That isn’t usually how coins are shipped.
